Marketplace Sellers Guide

This guide explains how to create listings, manage your storefront, process orders, and grow your sales in the Marketplace.

Seller Access

To sell in the Marketplace, your account must have permission to create product listings. Once enabled, you can publish products and manage your store from the Marketplace and Settings areas.

Creating a Product Listing

  1. Open the Marketplace
  2. Click Create Product
  3. Enter the product name, price, quantity, category, and description
  4. Upload product images
  5. Choose the item condition
  6. Set the product location if applicable
  7. Publish the listing

Physical and Digital Products

You can list both physical and digital products.

  • Physical products use shipping, tracking, and delivery workflows
  • Digital products can use uploaded files or external download URLs

For digital products, buyers receive download access after payment is completed.

Product Variations

Variations allow you to sell multiple options under one listing, such as size, color, format, or edition.

  • Use Attributes to define option groups
  • Use Variations to define combinations
  • Each variation can have its own price and quantity

Example variation use cases:

  • Shirts in different sizes and colors
  • Prints in different paper types
  • Digital products in standard and premium editions

Bulk Pricing and Promotions

You can offer quantity-based pricing incentives to increase order size.

  • Percent discounts for larger quantities
  • Fixed pricing at quantity thresholds
  • Buy-more-get-more style offers

You can also create coupon codes for store-specific promotions.
