Marketplace Buyer Guide

This guide explains how to browse products, place orders, track purchases, communicate with sellers, and request help when needed.

Browsing the Marketplace

Use the Marketplace to discover products offered by community members and storefronts.

You can usually:

  • Search by keyword
  • Browse by category
  • Sort by newest, highest price, or lowest price
  • Filter by location or attributes
  • Open seller storefronts

Viewing Product Listings

Each product listing may show:

  • Product title
  • Price
  • Photos
  • Description
  • Condition
  • Location
  • Category
  • Available stock
  • Reviews and ratings

Review all listing details carefully before placing an order.

Saving Products

If you are not ready to buy, use the Save button on a product. Saved items can be reviewed later from the Saved section of the Marketplace.

Make sure the correct option is selected before adding the product to your cart.

Adding Items to Cart

When you find a product you want:

  1. Open the listing

Checkout

To complete an order:

  1. Go to your cart
