Graham who is 70, has never married, and has opposed LGBTQ+ rights throughout his career has been the subject of gay rumors for years but has never publicly come out as gay.Loomers statements came during a deposition in her defamation lawsuit against HBO. She claims in the lawsuit that late-night host Bill Maher defamed her in 2024 when he suggested that she was having an affair with Trump. HBOs argument is that Maher has a First Amendment right to speculate about the relationships of public figures, just like Loomer has First Amendment free speech rights that she exercises as an influencer.
