Olympic athlete and reality television personality Caitlyn Jenner claimed that the Minnesota school shooter was not actually transgender but a product of the DEIs and gender ideology and said that the solution to school shootings is to stop talking about trans people.Jenner, who is currently a Fox News contributor after her failed run for California governor, was on Trace Gallaghers Fox News show to talk about last weeks shooting at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where two children were killed and seventeen other people were injured. The shooter then killed themself. Because of this document, Westman has been referred to as transgender in the media. Jenner started by saying that shes still grieving the loss of her good friend and manager, Sophia Hutchins. Hutchins, who is also transgender and conservative, was rumored to have been Jenners girlfriend. This guy was not a trans person.A handwritten journal that Westman reportedly shared on YouTube prior to their death, according to the New York Post, said that they were tired of being trans and I wish I never brain-washed myself. They said they wanted to cut their long hair, but that it would be an embarrassing defeat to do so and be a change of character that could get them reported.But they werent saying, according to the Post, that they were actually a cis man. Instead, they wanted to be a cis woman. I regret being trans. I wish I was a girl, I just know I cannot achieve that body with the technology we have today. I also cant afford that, they wrote. I hate my face maybe thats why I like furries so much. You can give yourself a new body and face. I want to be that black face mask on Beyonces body lmao!I know I am not a woman but I definitely dont feel like a man. Jenner, though, wasnt making any distinctions between wanting to be a cis man or a cis woman; all this meant was that Westman wasnt really trans. This was a sick individual, she said. This guy is a product of the DEIs of the last- You know hes like 22, 23 years old, he grew up with all this stuff, OK? He was a sick person with a lot of problems, and you dont become trans by wearing a wig and putting a dress on, she continued, even though Westman had long hair and wasnt wearing a wig or a dress at the time of the shooting or in their YouTube videos that were found after their death. And to have him identified as trans, even if he changed his name, OK, and then he comes back and Im sick of this and I dont want to be trans, hes one of the more confusing people.This gender ideology that were teaching our young people is destroying our young people, Jenner continued. Gender ideology is an expression the right uses to refer to the idea that trans people can exist and that one can have a gender identity that is separate from ones sex assigned at birth. It is unclear how Jenner understands her identity if she doesnt think that gender identity and sex are separate concepts.Host Gallagher asked her, What should we be doing, Caitlyn? First of all, Im a firm believer in Lets not talk about it,' she said, explaining that she has been on a rampage to keep biological men out of womens sports.Thats it, everything else about trans, Im for. And, uh, but just, for the last couple of years, it was a political issue. I mean, the Democrats were on one side, Trumps on the other side. Every day, they were talking about trans, trans, trans, trans, trans. Um, and it is really affecting a lot of people, and its hurting a lot of people. Unfortunately, were gonna see more of them.Neither she nor Gallagher brought up Westmans obsession with mass shooters, the racist, homophobic, and antisemitic slurs they wrote on their weapons, or their support for a local, pro-gun Republican politician and their disdain for Trump.
